Winter Session Period: Monday January 6th - Saturday March 15th
VPSC Swim School Requirements:
- Swimmers born between 2016 - 2019.
- Age 5 - 8 (Age as of Dec 31, 2024)
- Swimmers must be able to:
- Swim 25m of the pool unassisted safely
- Swim unassisted in deep water safely
- Flutter kick on their stomach (with a kick board) & on their back
- Be comfortable jumping in the water unassisted
*No prior assessment is required. However, we reserve the right to withdraw or deregister any swimmers that do not meet our entry requirements and/or are not deemed safe to be in the water during the first week of classes. This would be discussed between the coaches and Program Director and promptly communicated to the parent/guardian.
Cost for Group: $250 / 10 classes** +$25 Swim School Registration Fee
- Cost for those who select 1 day/week as Monday: $225 +$25 Swim School Registration Fee
- 9 classes only due to Family Day -no practice February 17th
**For the VPSC Swim School, once the fee of $250 is charged, it will be non-refundable with the exception of swimmer exclusion due to not meeting the group criteria on the first day.
Schedule: WINTER SESSION SCHEDULE.
Equipment Required: long fins, training suit, goggles, VPSC Swim School cap (1 per swimmer)
