VPSC PASS MEET #2

We are so excited to be able to put on a two session PASS Meet for our second competition of the year.

Swimmers are expected to attend both sessions - please communicate with Coach Kennedy if your swimmer can only be at 1.

Please note that all swimmers are automatically registered for the event and parents must select the DECLINE option if their swimmer cannot attend.

Cost is $20 per swimmer per session ($40 per swimmer for entire event).

Volunteers - please note

Due to the limited number of volunteer shifts available, if you have volunteered at PASS Meet #1, we request that you not volunteer at this event so that all families can have an opportunity to participate.

Please choose only 1 session (either Friday or Saturday) to volunteer, not both.

Please note that our pickup/dropoff location for St George's HAS CHANGED.

We are now meeting swimmers out front of the school (see attached photo with red X) for pickup and drop off. Coach Jessica and I will be wearing head lamps and carrying flashlights so you can find us easily.

Timeline:

Friday Nov 12: Saturday Nov 13:
  • Check in at 5:45pm
  • Walk inside at 5:55pm 
  • Door locks (no more entry) at 6:00pm 
  • Pickup at 8:30pm 
  • Check in at 7:15am
  • Walk inside at 7:25am
  • Door locks (no more entry) at 7:30am
  • Pickup at 11:00am

Read all of the rules below carefully - given that we are guests at the St George's School and on the grounds, any failure to follow the rules they have set for us could result in loss of privileges.

  • At drop off, swimmers must meet the coaches out front of the school 15 minutes prior to event start. We will begin the walk into the pool at 5 minutes before event start. 
  • The door locks behind us on a timer and no latecomers will be able to enter.
  • It is a St George's School policy that no members of our club are wandering the grounds unaccompanied by a coach. This means that if your swimmer arrives late for the check-in and the rest of the group has already gone inside, you will not be able to participate and should go home.
  • Absolutely no use of the driveway or parking lot is permitted for VPSC members, even if their swimmer attends St George's School
  • No spectators are permitted into the facility
  • All volunteers must be fully vaccinated
