Delta LMR Meet
When: Saturday March 11 - Sunday March 12

Where: Sungod Recreation Centre, 112 Street, Delta, BC.
Declaration Deadline: The deadline to decline is February 24th, 2023.

Spectators
- Due to space limitations on the pool deck, spectator seating will be outside in the courtyard. There will be a tent for coverage but please bring your own chairs and dress for the weather.
- There will be a small spectator section on the pool deck at the edge of the bleachers. Please use this section only when watching your swimmer and then leave to make space for others.
- Meet spectators cannot sit in the inside pool viewing area or in the lobby.
Additional Notes
- Delta is still looking for more officials and are currently short on timers. The link for sign ups is here: https://forms.gle/2CMh5vhN4ofTSAid7
- Warm down lanes will be available in the other pool throughout the meet. Please make sure swimmers are respectful of the public users in the pool.
- Bags are to be kept off the vents under the windows. If all the vents are blocked temperature changes get a little crazy. The fire lanes and guard paths are marked in tape (or they should be), please make sure your swimmers are keeping them clear.
- We will be having a tent setup outside in the courtyard that parents can set up under, and we'll have a bleacher set aside for parents. We are asking that they come in and out of the pool area to watch their kids but not to stay.
- The lobby and remainder of the pool area isn't rented as part of our agreement with the city of Delta. We would ask that parents be respectful of this. If the meet organizers have to go out and argue with parents over this issue then them and their children will need to leave the meet.
