VPSC Spring Clinic: Starts, Underwaters, and Turns

- Current member of VPSC from Junior/Youth/Fitness Program

Featured Guest Coach: Cole Pratt
Cole is a Canadian Olympian and High Performance Centre athlete who will be sharing his experience and knowledge with our swimmers. Cole made his international debut in 2018, has represented Canada at Junior Pan Pacifics, World Juniors, World Championships, and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, and held the Canadian short course 100m backstroke record. This is a fantastic opportunity for our athletes to learn from someone competing at the highest level of the sport.
Featured Guest Coach: Ingrid Wilm
Ingrid is a Canadian Olympian and World Championship medalist who has represented Canada on the international stage, including the recent Paris 2024 Olympic Games and multiple World Championships. She has been a consistent finalist and medal contender in backstroke events and is known for her exceptional underwater work and race execution. Ingrid trains at the High Performance Centre and brings a wealth of experience from competing at the highest level of our sport.
Both Cole Pratt and Ingrid Wilm will be on deck as guest coaches on Wednesday of each week, running the practice and working directly with our athletes. This is an incredible opportunity for swimmers to learn from two athletes who compete and succeed at the Olympic and World Championship level.
