Schedule (subject to change):
- Session 1 - warm up 8:30-9:20am, Racing 9:30-12:30pm
- Session 2 - warm up 3:00-3:50pm, Racing 4:00-7:00pm
Team Travel Information - please note this is an approximate schedule.
Please note the deadline to ask for a spot on Team Travel is Tuesday May 17th at 12:00pm.
VPSC will be booking a bus and ferry for group travel on Saturday June 25th - we highly encourage swimmers to travel with the team! Please be advised that per club policy, all swimmers age 10 and younger as of June 26th must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if going on team travel.
We will also need 2 chaperones on the team bus to organize food & assist coaches.
Approximate schedule:
- Meet at Marpole Community Centre at 1:30pm
- Catch the 3:55pm ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Nanaimo
- Pick up by bus to hotel
- Team Dinner at 7:30pm (location TBD)
- Swimmers leave hotel at time TBD
- Race 8:30-12:30pm, break from 12:30-2:45pm
- Race 3:00-6:30pm
- Leave pool at 7:00pm to catch 8:30pm ferry back to Horseshoe Bay
- Pick up time & location TBD
