 Fees will be reconciled with any changes and charged to your account prior to the end of the month. 

WARM-UPS AND SESSION TIMELINES: 

Saturday morning session - Prelims
(200FR, 100FL, 200BK, 100BR, 50FR, 400IM, 800FR)
7:10-7:25am - ACTIVATION
7:25-7:50am – WARM-UP
8:00am- session starts
3:00pm (approx.) session concludes
 
Saturday afternoon session - Finals
(200FR, 100FL, 200BK, 100BR, 50FR, 400IM, mixed medley relay)
4:15-4:30pm – ACTIVATION
4:30-5:20pm – WARM-UP
5:30pm- session starts
7:30pm (approx.) session conclude
 
Sunday morning session - Prelims

REMINDERS:

  • 10yr & Under age group will have Finals in 200 IM and 200 Free ONLY
  • The other age groups will have “A” Finals only
  • Relays and 800m / 1500m Free are Timed Finals events
  • Make sure to give your self enough time to find parking and be on the pool deck on time for activation!
  • Let’s show our VPSC spirit! Please wear VPSC t-shirt & cap, VPSC Branded suit or Black suit for racing, cheer at start of each session and cheer on your teammates. 
  • See your coach before and after races.
  • Rest between events, which means: Avoid running around, staying dry, wearing clothes and shoes, staying hydrated (bring your waterbottle), and eating healthy snacks. 
  • Bring MULTIPLE towels for throughout the day, and wear layers to stay warm between races. 
  • Pack a hoodie or your swim parka to wear on the pool deck.
  • All swimmers MUST have deck shoes in order to keep their feet warm and dry. Runners/sneakers are best otherwise socks and sandals will work.
