Who: Swimmers must achieve 1 standard from the entry standards listed below

- On Deck: 7:10AM
- Warm Ups: 7:30-8:20AM
- Racing: 8:30AM-1:20PM
- Evening Session
- On Deck: 4:15PM
- Warm Ups: 4:30-5:20PM
- Racing: 5:30PM-8:00PM
Sunday February 11, 2024 - swimmers will return to training Monday in preparation for Provincials, so we won't be racing in the evening.
