Fees:

$10.00 per Individual Event

$4.00 Swim BC Splash Fee

$4.00 Facility Improvement Fee

$5.00 per day, Meet Admin Fee

Fees will be reconciled with any changes and charged to your account prior to the end of the month.

 

 

WARM-UPS AND SESSION TIMELINES:

HEATS (morning session):

6:45am or 7:20am- ACTIVATION *dependant upon BLOCKED WARM-UPS

7:00-8:20am – WARM-UP (Blocked) *more information to come

8:30am session starts

1:30pm (approx.) session concludes

FINALS (afternoon session):

2:45-3:00pm- ACTIVATION

3:00-3:35pm – WARM-UP

3:45pm session starts

7:30pm (approx.) session concludes

**Sunday Finals session warm-up and start times are TBD based on meet timelines.

FRIDAY

400 Free (Boys), 200 Free (Girls), 50 Breast, 200 Fly, 100 Back, 200 IM, 800/1500 Free (Open), 12 and under 200 Free Relay

SATURDAY

100 Breast, 200 Back, 50 Fly, 100 Free, 400 IM, 800 Free (Boys 12 and U), 1500 Free (Boys 13-15), 14 and under 200 Free Relay

SUNDAY

100 Fly, 50 Back, 200 Breast, 50 Free, 200 Free (Girls), 400 Free (Boys), 800 Free (12 and U), 800 Free (13-15), Open 200 Free Relay

 

REMINDERS:

§  Make sure to give your self enough time to find parking and be on the pool deck on time for activation!

§  Let’s show our VPSC spirit! Please wear VPSC t-shirt & cap, VPSC Branded suit or Black suit for racing, cheer at start of each session and cheer on your teammates.

§  See your coach before and after races

§  Rest between events, which means: Avoid running around, staying dry, wearing clothes and shoes, staying hydrated (bring your waterbottle), and eating healthy snacks.

§  No food permitted on the pool deck, please leave the pool deck to eat.

§  Bring multiple towels for throughout the day.
