VPSC Staff and Board congratulates Coach Kassidie Cornell on her new full time position as Communications and Engagement Coordinator for the City of West Kelowna. Please join us in celebrating Coach Kassidie's contributions to VPSC as she begins her new journey.
Coach Kassidie has been a valued member of VPSC for the past 3 seasons and will be missed. After finishing her swimming career at The University of South Dakota where she graduated with a degree in Media and Journalism, Kassidie moved onto UBC where she received her Masters degree in Journalism.
During her 3 years at VPSC, Coach Kassidie worked with swimmers across every group in the club in addition to coordinating the communication and social media efforts for the club. Her knowledge and positive attitude had an immediate and lasting impact, with all her swimmers excelling under her coaching and leadership.
