Groups: Select Youth Provincial (Sunday Only), Senior Regional, Junior Regional, and Youth Regional.

 

Fees:

$7.00 per Individual Event

$4.00 Swim BC Splash Fee

$4.25 Facility Improvement Fee

$5.00 per day, Meet Admin Fee

Fees will be reconciled with any changes and charged to your account prior to the end of the month.

 

 

WARM-UPS AND SESSION TIMELINES:

Saturday morning session (12 & Over):

8:15am - ACTIVATION

8:30-8:50am – WARM-UP

9:15am session start

1:30pm (approx.) session concludes

Saturday afternoon session (11 & Under):

1:40-2:00pm- ACTIVATION

2:00-2:20pm – WARM-UP

6:00pm (approx.) session concludes

Sunday morning session (12 & Over):

8:30am- ACTIVATION

8:50-9:10am – WARM-UP

9:15am session start

1:00pm (approx.) session concludes

 Sunday afternoon session (11 & Under):

2:00-2:20pm - ACTIVATION

2:20-2:40pm – WARM-UP

  6:00pm (approx.) session conclude

200 IM, 100 Backstroke, 50 Butterfly, 100 Freestyle, 50 Breaststroke, 200 Butterfly, 400 IM, 200 Breaststroke

SUNDAY

200 IM, 100 Breaststroke, 50 Freestyle, 100 Butterfly, 50 Backstroke, 200 Freestyle, 400 IM, 200 Backstroke

REMINDERS:

§  Make sure to give your self enough time to find and pay for parking and be on the pool deck on time for activation!

§  Let’s show our VPSC spirit! Please wear VPSC t-shirt & cap, VPSC Branded suit or Black suit for racing, cheer at start of each session and cheer on your teammates.

§  See your coach before and after races

§  Rest between events, which means: Avoid running around, staying dry, wearing clothes and shoes, staying hydrated (bring your waterbottle), and eating healthy snacks.

§  No food permitted on the pool deck, please leave the pool deck to eat.

§  Bring multiple towels for throughout the day.
