TEAM TRAVEL MEET
As a reminder, that it is expected that everyone is on Team Travel for the meet. If you don't want to travel with the team, you must follow the proper process:
1) Talk to your Lead Coach about Team Travel and let them know why you want to travel on your own for the meet.
2) The Lead Coach will discuss with the Head Coach whether the reason is permissible for the trip.
3) Any swimmer excused from Team Travel has to have permission from the Head Coach to do so. Permission is typically only given for health reasons or extenuating circumstances.
Registration Deadline: February 24th 2020
All swimmers who have qualified for this meet will be entered, as it is a championship meet. If your swimmer is unable to attend, please reach out to your group coach ASAP. For all swimmers who are of age to attend the meet, you need to have achieved 1 SWIM BC TIME STANDARD (HP, SN and SN swimmers). For any swimmers who are under the minimum age to attend the meet (JUNIOR PROVINCIAL swimmers), you will need to achieve 3 SWIM BC PROVINCIAL TIME STANDARDS.
No late registrations will be accepted. When you register, you are committing to incurring the cost of travel regardless if you decide not to attend later. (Special considerations or illness will be discussed on a case by case basis).

9:00pm Ferry from Victoria (Swartz Bay) to Vancouver
