VPSC YEAR END POTLUCK

WHO: All VPSC Swimmers and Families
Our annual End of Season event provides a chance for all of VPSC to gather for food at the beautiful park at Jericho Beach. Please bring a dish to share.
POTLUCK ASSIGNMENTS
We are asking for the following dishes to be brought by the groups listed below. Please bring enough to share with 8-12 people and remember to bring your own serving dishes and utensils.
*All Senior Groups - Salad
*Youth 1 and 2, All Junior Groups - Main Course
*Youth 3 and Comp Dev – Dessert
*Mini Makos - Appetizers/Vegetable/Fruit Platter/Water/Juices
TIMELINE
4:30PM to 5:00PM Arrival/Potluck setup
5:00PM to 5:30PM Awards
5:30PM to 6:00PM Potluck Opens
6:00PM to 7:00PM Games/Swim-A-Thon Prizes
WHAT TO BRING:
- Folding chairs and blankets
- Plate and cutlery for each person in attendance from your family
- Your potluck dish (including serving dish and utensils)
- Waterbottle
- Your VPSC team spirit
