VPSC will be hosting our Annual Holiday Banquet on Wednesday December 18th, 2019. We encourage all swimmers and their families to attend this fun filled event. The evening will include a delicious buffet dinner,a charity pie toss, and amazing Silent Auction. This is always a memorable event for all our swimmers and families, and we hope to see you all there!

Tickets: $35.00 (children 5 and under are free)
Doors Open: 5:15PM
Dinner: 6:00PM
Silent Auction: 5:30-7:15PM
Registration Deadline: Friday, December 6TH
Please sign up on our event page at your earliest convenience and let us know in the note section how many family members will be attending over the age of 5, and if you will be bringing any guests that are under the age of 5. Please let us know as well if any of your guests have any dietary restrictions.

SILENT AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED!
The success of the VPSC HOLIDAY SILENT AUCTION is dependent on the generous donations of our members. If you are able to put together a Silent Auction item please contact the club at info@vancouverpacificswimclub.com. Popular silent items include: themed gift baskets, gift certificates; vacation property weekends, swimming gear or athletic clothing, specialty wines etc. If you need any ideas please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
We are also looking for RAFFLE prizes, that can be raffled off throughout the evening!! If you have any great ideas, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
