VPSC PASS Meet #3 is an in-house competitive event for swimmers in YOUTH DEVELOPMENT and SKILLS groups. It will replace any regularly scheduled Saturday workout for all of those groups.
Timeline:
- 7:00am - Swimmer on deck time
- 7:10am - Swimmer activation
- 7:20-7:35am - In water warm up
- 7:45am - Racing begins
- 10:30am - Racing ends
Event Order is as follows:
- 200IM
- 100IM
- 25FR
- 50FR
- 25BK
- 50BK
- 25BR
- 50BR
- 100FR
- 50 kick
- Tentative relay
