Please arrive promptly at 7:15am to allow for activation and organization of lanes.
Swimmers have 1 hour to swim as many laps of the pool as possible.
- First 30 minutes Freestyle only with no equipment
- Second 30 mins fins and kickboard optional, any stroke allowed
Each swimmer will need a volunteer on deck to count laps.
Volunteer credits will be awarded for lap counting - please email Kennedy if you are unable to provide a lap counter.
