Please note that all swimmers are automatically registered for the event and parents must select the DECLINE option if their swimmer cannot attend AND must notify Coach Maiya ASAP (maiyarasheed@vancouverpacificswimclub.com)

TIMELINE

  Sunday June 25th
 
  • 10:30am: Meet on the MacInnes Field outside of the UBC Aquatic Center
  • 10:30-10:50am: Activation
  • 11:00-11:15am: Warm-up in the pool
  • 11:15am-1:00pm: Racing

OTHER NOTES:

  • If you have a swimmer at this meet, you must have at least one person from your family volunteering so we are able to run the session.
    • If you cannot meet this requirement, please email maiyarasheed@vancouverpacificswimclub.com ASAP.
  • In order to sanction the meet (i.e. make the times count as official) we need your help as volunteers! In particular, we need stroke and turn qualified officials so if you are qualified, please sign-up to volunteer - we really appreciate it.
    • If we do not get enough volunteers to make the time trial official, it will still go ahead, but the times swum at the event will not be in Swimming Canada's records.
  • Please remind your swimmer to pack:
    • Water bottle
    • VPSC shirt, labelled with name
    • 2 or more towels
    • VPSC cap & goggles
    • Swimsuit
    • They do NOT need to bring any equipment
